There will be a free reception held on July 3rd from 5pm until 7pm at the North Charleston City Gallery! We had previously decided not to have the reception, but due to some technical difficulties, the reception will take place.

We need all BAG members to show however, you cannot show anything that has already been shown at the North Charleston Gallery:

Each artist is responsible for providing a complete inventory of their work that is in the show. I need this information by June 12, 2014 in order to get the information to the Cultural Arts Department:

 All sales will be processed by the City of North Charleston. Artist may choose to feature the sale of prints, notecards, or other small works for the duration of the exhibit. Items must be pre-approved by the Cultural Arts Department.  Print basins are available and one 12x 224 x12 inch shelf will be provided in a glass display case.  A 15% commission will be deducted from the total sales resulting from the exhibit, and the balance will be mailed to the artist within 3 weeks after the close of the exhibit.

 Artwork cannot be added or removed from the show during the exhibition dates.  The exception would be if an out of town visitor purchases a painting (the artist would be contacted with the opportunity to replace the painting with another)

The City of North Charleston is not responsible for any work that is not picked up by the strike date and time.

 Thank you all for your help.  This is an important show and a good chance for local artist to show their beautiful Art.  We have to large walls to cover and need all of our members to participate.
